Basic Fees
Since 2016, all official ITAA events are using these fees:
Indoor events: $30
Multi-day Indoor Events: $50 for 2-days.
Outdoor events: $35
Family Discounts
All events have a family maximum fee of 2.5x the individual fee. This can be any combination of parents and children in a household. This means that the third household archer receives a discount, and all archers beyond the third one will participate free of charge.
For example, the family maximum for a one-day indoor event would be 2.5 x $30 = $75.
The family maximum for a two-day indoor event is 2.5 x $50 = $125
The family maximum for a one-day outdoor event is 2.5 x $35 = $87 (we round down to the nearest dollar)
Late Registration
Registration within the final week or two of a big event can cause the need for extra work to be done — most of the supplies are already ordered, and the target assignments are already arranged. It’s much easier on the organizers to sign up early.
So late registration will usually have an extra $10 fee added.
This means that
- the one day indoor event late fee is $40
- the two-day indoor event late fee is $60
- the one-day outdoor event late fee is $45
With Family Maximums:
- the one day indoor event late Family Maximum is $100
- the two-day indoor event late Family Maximum is $150
- the one-day outdoor event late Family Maximum is $112
Multiple Participation
Some event formats allow for an individual archer to compete in multiple equipment classes (but never in multiple age divisions). There is no discount for participating multiple times in the same event.
Split with the hosting club
For indoor events, the host club receives $15 per shooter.
For outdoor events, the host club receives $20 per shooter.
All discounts from the basic $30/$35 amounts come from the ITAA portion of the split. This includes the 2-day $50 discount. Thus the hosting club’s portion of event fees is a simple multiplication of the number of scorecards x this base $15/$20 amount. The remainder of the proceeds is the ITAA portion.
